Analyzers

Since 2006 we have been collaborating with process engineering partners to design and build computer-controlled process analyzers. Whether your need is for real-time control or monitoring, you will find an analyzer built for you to be cost effective and easy to use. Wherever possible, the designs have been optimized to maximize reliability, decrease maintenance, and eliminate the need for spare parts inventory. Our analyzers are designed and manufactured here in Canada. We sell, support and ship worldwide.

At the heart of each of our analyzers is a powerful PC.
This allows the user more control, an easier learning curve, on-analyzer data storage, multiple data display options, detailed analyzer diagnostics, interaction via an industrial quality colour touch screen, and standard PC interfacing options. Concentrations are reported via ethernet, wireless communications or 4-20 mA interface.

Relay outputs provide switching and alarm capability for out-of-range concentration values. Our photometric analyzers employ solid state light sources and a state-of-the-art high sensitivity diode array detector. This provides greater analytical information and better measurement precision. Further sensor options include ion selective electrodes, thermal and chemical acoustic sensors.

Support electronics includes power conditioning and a limited battery back-up capability. Wetted surfaces are exclusively PTFE, CPVC and/or quartz for the highest chemical inertness.

Each analyzer is protected by a NEMA IV standard case. Each analyzer comes with three copies of a detailed operating and safety manual, double means to back up your data, and a spare flow cell.

Analyzers are built and tested at our Richmond facility and then shipped cushioned within a robust palletted heavy duty plastic crate. Service is only a phone call or an e-mail away.

We look forward to helping you meet your process analytical needs.

Sincerely,

Adrian Wade, Ph.D.,
Stephen Hall, B.A.Sc., P.Eng.
